1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FinanceTable ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FinanceTable is a personal finance tracking application that allows you to create monthly reports, track income and expenses, manage payment and income templates, and view your financial balance. The App is provided free of charge with all features included.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate financial information for your own personal use
• Maintain the security of your device and iCloud account
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for professional accounting, tax filing, or financial advisory purposes

4. No Financial Advice

FinanceTable is a personal tracking tool only. The App does not provide financial advice, tax guidance, investment recommendations, or any other professional financial services. The information displayed in the App (balances, totals, reports) is based solely on data you enter and should not be relied upon for financial decisions.

You should consult a qualified financial advisor for any financial planning, tax, or investment decisions.

5. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud. We do not collect, access, or store any of your personal or financial data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the App. FinanceTable performs calculations based on the information you provide and does not verify or validate the accuracy of any financial data.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and user interface, is the intellectual property of Enes Genc and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enes Genc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses arising from your use of the App.

10. App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the App Store.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any part of its functionality at any time without prior notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
