Overview

FinanceTable ("the App") is a personal finance tracking application developed by Enes Genc ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.

The short version: We don't collect, store, or transmit any of your data.

Data Collection

FinanceTable does not collect any personal information. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising SDKs, or any third-party services that collect user data.

Specifically, we do not collect:

  • Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
  • Financial data (account numbers, bank details, transaction history)
  • Usage analytics or behavioral data
  • Device identifiers or advertising IDs
  • Location data
  • Crash reports or diagnostics

Data Storage

All data you enter into FinanceTable (monthly reports, payment templates, income templates, categories, and entries) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

Your data never leaves your device except when synced via iCloud, which is handled entirely by Apple's CloudKit framework using your personal iCloud account. We have no access to your iCloud data.

iCloud Sync

If you have iCloud enabled on your device, FinanceTable may sync your data across your Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit service. This sync is:

  • End-to-end encrypted by Apple
  • Stored in your personal iCloud account
  • Managed entirely by Apple's infrastructure
  • Not accessible to us in any way

You can disable iCloud sync for FinanceTable at any time through your device's Settings app.

Third-Party Services

FinanceTable does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs. The App functions entirely offline and does not require an internet connection (except for iCloud sync).

Children's Privacy

FinanceTable does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The App does not collect information from any user regardless of age.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all your data at any time by deleting the App. If you use iCloud sync, you can also remove synced data through your iCloud storage settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
